About Thrust-UAV

Meeting everyday problems with real-world solutions.

Located in Boise, Idaho, Thrust-UAV was born out of love for all things “FLIGHT,” and out of a lack of high-quality products available on the market. So, our founders got to work creating a company and a product made by drone-heads, for drone-heads. Now with a robust R&D department, in-house manufacturing and on-site support, Thrust-UAV has made a name for itself as one of the leading producers of lightweight, durable, and easy to use and operate drone products.

In 2014, Thrust-UAV started working with PCS Edventures to develop a robotics curriculum for the Saudi Arabian Science Center. In 2016, PCS Edventures acquired Thrust-UAV and selected drones as an advanced robotics solution for K-12education.

Thrust-UAV quickly got to work developing RubiQ, the world’s first educational drone kit. By coupling the thrill of FPV racing and STEM education, the RubiQ drone brings the future of tomorrow to the minds of children today.

Since that time, Thrust-UAV has worked with some of the world’s leading companies to develop products that help save lives, mitigate security issues and enhance fun for all ages.

Working alongside companies like Bell Flight, Kodak, Rio Tinto, Microsoft, Idaho Power and many government agencies, Thrust-UAV is here to help anyone overcome their challenges with the robust Enterprise drone.

In 2019 Thrust-UAV started on a project with a local law enforcement agency. After an initial consultation to discuss their goals, Thrust-UAV engineered, tested and revised a custom, new-to-the-market drone solution that improved the agency’s surveillance abilities, rapid response time, entry team logistics /safety, reconnaissance abilities and so much more. This drone fleet is used every day, saving lives and protecting law enforcement.

As a company, Thrust-UAV strives to bring the highest level of service and customer support to each of our products and to every one of our clients. Whether it be working with a Law Enforcement Agency (LEA), a Fortune 500 company or a local Boys and Girls Club, we take the time to understand each customer’s needs and issues, ensuring their one-of-a-kind drones specifically fulfill their needs and solve their problems.

If you have a problem, Thrust-UAV has your custom solution.

Like our simple beginnings or the start of the RubiQ educational drone, wonderful things happen when driven people team up to create something unique and powerful.
